Yeah, I thought the original was perfect; I was wrong. Zedd completely wow’d me with this remix, I absolutely love the way he reworked the track with his killer bassline and synths. It’s got this amazing buildup that’s really similar to the original — and then it just drops and turns into an electro monster. Check it out.

Out of the 7 remixes of the ‘Amnesia’ pack, the only one that really stood out to me was from the Swedish electro duo CAZZETTE. With distorted vocals, a heavy bassline, and with a very wobby dubstep drop, this remix just further increases the duos credibility to create a variety of sounds. Enjoy!

‘Must Be The Feeling’, released on Chase & Status’ label MTA Records, pivots on an 80s sample by a Detroit disco teen diva called Carmen, the result of Nero “scouring the internet for rare boogie tracks”. Innocence, originally released in April 2010, climbed to number 16 and 11, respectively, on the Dance and Independent charts and has become a massive live favorite. This year has been an incredible year for Nero – they are the only British dance act of 2011 to have a #1 album and Promises was the first ever UK dubstep #1 single. Nero were nominated for Best New Act at the prestigious Q Awards last year. The band played some of the UK’s biggest festivals this summer including Glastonbury, Bestival, Reading and Wireless to name a few, as well selling out their first headline UK tour in October, which included a show-stopping performance at the Electric Ballroom. Following their headline dates, Nero supported Tinie Tempah on his Autumn arena tour and recently joined their label managers Chase & Status at the UKF: Bass Culture Event at Alexandra Palace in November. Today, i’ve got my hands on Delta Heavy’s remix of their ‘Must Be The Feeling’. This amazing remix was just released for free, and it’s huge. It’s got some major Knife Party vibes going on in my opinion, and I really the heavy hitting moombah style with the high powered synths.
