T-Mass is a up and coming dubstep producer from Santa Cruz, CA. Today, I’ve got his trancey electro-house-step (deal with it) remix of Kele vs Sander van Doorn’s ‘What Did I Do’. Not much else to say other than i’m sure you’ll enjoy it.

deadmau5 – The Veldt

The Canadian, platinum-selling, independent artist has proven that social networks can provide the necessary tools for bringing a track from concept to completion. During a 22-hour live-streaming session in March, deadmau5 created a new track titled ‘The Veldt’ inspired by a short sci-fi story written by Ray Bradbury. deadmau5 subsequently uploaded the song to his FML SoundCloud page for his fans and the magic of the world wide web took hold overnight. The following day, he found numerous tweets about one vocal version a fan posted to SoundCloud. All airing on his live stream, deadmau5 listened to the version vocalist Chris James created, contacted Chris live to work on the track, and rang his manager immediately to set up an official collaboration.

THE VELDT EP releasing June 25 will contain the lead single ‘The Veldt’ featuring Chris James, as well as the new track ‘Failbait’ featuring hip-hop icons Cypress Hill. This is the first in a series of EPs from deadmau5 to be released over the coming months.

DVBBS – DRVGS (TYR Remix)

Three Weeks Ago, The Live Electro group DVBBS from Canada asked TYR if he would be interested in remixing one of their new tracks — and he accepted. ‘DRVGS’ has the beautiful vocals that bring out the TYR sound design that we all love and yearn for. The drop is absolutely terrific and unexpected. You really can’t get more any more chilled than this 64 BPM masterpiece.

Knife Party – Rage Valley EP [UKF Live Stream]

Since releasing their debut EP ‘100% No Modern Talking‘ in December 2011, the past 4 months have been a whirlwind of success for Knife Party. The four tracks that make up ‘100% No Modern Talking‘, which racked up over 50,000 downloads in less than 12 hours on the day of its release, have now received over 500,000 downloads worldwide. The seminal hit ‘Internet Friends‘ has also had over 6 million plays on YouTube. Despite being available for free on the Knife Party web-site the EP also broke the iTunes Top Ten charts in both the UK and Australia as well as reaching No.1 in the Beatport Releases chart. The EP also received unprecedented support from tastemakers and club DJ’s the world over. Knife Party have also been involved in arguably one of the biggest cross over dance hits of the year ‘Antidote’ their collaboration with Swedish House Mafia broke the Top Ten in official singles charts all across the globe.

Never ones to rest on their laurels, since the release of ‘100% No Modern Talking‘, Rob Swire and Gareth McGrillen have been tirelessly DJ-ing all around the world. In March they curated their own Earstorm stage at Australia’s Future Music Festival, bringing together some of their favourite acts of the moment to play on what was undoubtedly one of the most talked about stages at the festival. They flew straight from Future Music Festival to the States where they embarked on a US tour, taking in 10 dates, including huge shows in Las Vegas, New York, SXSW Festival and finishing on the main stage at Ultra Music Festival where they played in front of 100,000 people.

In between their busy DJ schedule Knife Party have also been prolific in writing and producing new music on the road, and as a result at the end of this month they will release their eagerly anticipated follow up EP, ‘Rage Valley’ which will consist of four tracks: ‘Centipede‘, ‘Bonfire’ ‘Fuck Em’ and ‘Sleaze’.

If you haven’t managed to catch a Knife Party show yet and want to hear a preview of the tracks on ‘Rage Valley’, there will be an exclusive live stream from their show at the UKF 3rd Birthday celebrations at Proud 2 in London THIS FRIDAY on 20th April. Knife Party will be bringing their full show and it will be one not to miss. Watch the live stream at UKFLive.com or the Knife Party Facebook Page.

‘Rage Valley’ will be released on May 6th, and next week I should have the official audio streams. Until then, these edits of ‘Fuck ‘Em’ and ‘Centipede’ will have to do!

Deadmau5 – Strobe (Redial Remix)

Yeah yeah, I know what you’re thinking — you don’t remix Strobe. Well, trust me, this one’s good — I wouldn’t post it otherwise. Australian producer Rob Frier a.k.a. Redial does a great job at keeping track very similar to the original while adding a staggering drop and lowering the BPM to 110.

Figure – The Brink

Figure — a producer that I haven’t covered for a while dropped his original tune, ‘The Brink’ a few days back. If you haven’t heard of Figure, he’s known for his endless free tracks, heavy and high-pitched wobbles, and his unique electro-fidget drumstep style — and The Brink is no exception. I really love the build-up synths and claps, it reminds me of the Syndicate theme, but better.
